Research Area
A Marine Biologist completed the Masters in Marine Biology and Doctoral Degree in Marine Sciences (Deep-sea fishes of the southwest coast of India) from the Cochin University of Science & Technology, Cochin, India. The subjects handled are Marine Fisheries(HC), Aquaculture (HC), Marine Ornamental Fishes (SC) for M.Sc. Marine Biology.
The present research focus is on subjects related to Marine Biology - Fish Taxonomy (Classical and Molecular), Deep Sea ichthyology, Fishery Biology, Crustose Coralline Algae, Ecomorphology, Fish Pathology & Parasites, Aquaculture and Ornamental Fish.
